Welding

Here at IZZA, we use three robotic welders to make sure our welds are precise, cleanly done, and with no downtime our production time is very short.

2 of the robotic welders use a servo-driven high-speed turntable system for higher productivity

We also use a smaller robot for small cell or smaller sized parts or sub-components of larger weldments.

Our weld fixtures are made with solid works, based on part models. The part is held exactly the way it needs to be and produces a consistent product with a smooth, clean weld.
